Sorry about the poor quality, but it was a case of "it's happening, grab the tablet and press record". Possible seizure activity on left arm, left leg and involving head/neck movements. Not sure what to call this; it started out feeling like restless legs then moved into other limbs. Am leaving comments on this time. Long absence seizure

This was the first absence seizure I recorded, so the first time I saw what they're like from 'the outside'. Of course, when you experience them, all you know is that you skip time (a bit like a CD or DVD skipping a second or 20). I started having partial seizure activity (can't keep up with the current terminology, but have been diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy), so set up the tablet to film while I worked on the desktop. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel suffered a neurological event at 11.30pm. Footage is from 6 hours later, then another hour after that (after she'd had a bath, in readiness for the vet visit). 5-week old ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy meets his 15-year old great-grandpa. Great-grandpa has been watching over the whelping box since the babies were born; he adores puppies. You may not pick it up in this footage, but he kissed the puppy several times. Adorable. Unfortunately this was both the most protected and ugliest part of the yard today! They can play on the grass soon.

This lady interviewer was so tactful. When Barry said speaking about Andy was too painful she was so smooth and classy in her pivot and never brought up Andy again. But she did get a very good interview in my opinion. Of all the brother’s deaths, the one I remember the most is Maurice. It was so sudden and shocking. They were still playing to large crowds whenever they wanted to perform and they were all healthy except for Barry’s arthritis issues. And that is not a life threatening condition.

That's definitely not true! Anything Robin's credited to writing, he wrote with Barry. Plus Barry wrote another 100+ on his own, & he's also listed as the second most successful songwriter in history.🎼

Jimmy Fallon does beautiful Barry, a big disservice portraying him as an irate man ranting and raving and throwing fits. He needs to publicly apologize to Sir Barry Alan Crompton Gibb. Barry was totally the opposite from being that way. Everything I've read and seen on him, all the people that were around him and knew him well, said he was very soft-spoken, patient, and even tempered. As Barry said, he was shocked the first time that he watched the show and saw how he was being portrayed. He couldn't imagine why and said sure he was human and lost his temper sometimes like we all do but never even close to acting like that. He got to be a guest star on the show, and he and Jimmy are now friends, and he said he just learned to laugh about it. What a sweetheart❤❤❤
As much as that skit is funny, and I love the song portion, and Barry is a good sport about it, I believe you might be right, because I have seen a person make a comment saying that Barry is “known to have a problem with anger” and that it’s “well-documented”, which is a load of crap. I shot back to the person, telling them “well-documented my butt”, that they must be talking about The Barry Gibb Show on SNF, and that Fallon and Timberlake are just having fun, they know darn well it’s not true. Unfortunately, most people won’t know that. Most don’t take the time to get to know Barry like we have. I know they portray Barry that way because respectful, good, kind, compasionate, softspoken, humble Barry wouldn’t make for entertaining TV. I love that Barry can have a sense of humor about it, however.
@TWariner I honestly believe that skit is where some of the Barry haters get their whacked out ideas about Barry. They always talk about what a huge ego he had and his bad temper. Oh, and his playing a victim. That one was quite a surprise to me when I saw it just a couple of days ago, but it's one of the newer lies they tell about him. None of that is even remotely true, of course. They like to pounce on every negative thing they can use to bash him. He might have had an ego, but if he did, it was a healthy ego. Besides, show me a successful artist who doesn't have at least a tiny one. What I think they mistake as ego is really confidence of which Barry had in spades. It was that confidence in their talent that propelled them to super stardom. Barry Gibb had the drive to succeed and the confidence that led them all to the top.
@TWariner I agree Barry was a great sport about it, and he and Jimmy are good friends now. Barry is so humble, and Ali said he wasn't really sure about going on Jimmy's show as he didn't think anyone would even remember him. He was astounded at the awesome reception he received. This video illustrates the difference between Barry and Robin more than anything. Lol. Robin’s so awkward. He was never meant to do what Barry does, yet Robin literally tries to copy him. Barry raises his hand, so Robin raises his hand, awkwardly, lol. Barry does his thing with no reference to anybody. They couldn’t be more night and day. The whole video highlights the difference.
